Service Contracts

Your service contract can be tailored to your specific requirements including the option of longer-term contracts, from 1 to 5 years.

Specialist Generator Control Servicing

We offer specialist control servicing including SCADA and PLC control systems. We also have extensive installation knowledge of these complex systems.

Emergency Call Out Scheme

To ensure total peace of mind, we offer a 24/7 emergency call out service.

Sampling

We provide an oil, fuel and coolant sampling service. This is tested by an independent laboratory to ascertain whether an oil change, fuel polish or coolant change are required and to ensure that your generator set performs at optimum efficiency.

Load bank testing

We can test your generator set (on site) from 10 KW to 2,000 KW. We have extensive experience in multiple generator load bank testing, ensuring generator set load capability and synchronisation is operating as required.
